Ｈ２４年１２月２７日に、小規模多機能ホームにて、『シルバー・紅白歌合戦』を行いました。
紅組・白組の、女性・男性と分かれて職員はドレスを着たり、歌に合わせた仮装をしたりしました。
デイサービスからも利用者の方を招待し、たいへん盛り上がりました。
局長もデュエットで参加していただき、利用者の方も喜ばれておりました。
職員の“意外！？”な一面が見られましたよね(^^)/
